The brief, and the mess we inherited
The Challenge
The apartment had already been finished by another company, but the client wanted a complete transformation with a strict three-month handover deadline—a demanding timeline for a full-scale renovation.
Our Solution
We developed a complete 3D design based on the client’s requirements and began execution only after receiving final approval. The apartment was then fully restructured, including removing the existing flooring, replacing the bathrooms and plumbing systems, and relocating the AC points to match the approved design.
